College of New Caledonia cuts could have effects beyond the campus

Faculty at the College of New Caledonia are warning that proposed cuts could have effects beyond the campus. Councilling services and dental training are both facing reductions to make up a deficit. Rusell Bowers speaks with councillour Michael Pratt and dental instructor Carole Whitmer.
