Kevin Kugler is the play-by-play voice of Sunday Night Football on Westwood One and is also the lead play-by-play announcer for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. 2015 will mark his eighth consecutive Final Four. He joins Wade Gerstner for The Sports Ticket this week to talk college basketball and the NCAA Tournament.
