How much difference would an extra 20p per hour make to your pay packet? Well the Westminster government has announced the national minimum wage will increase to £6.70 per hour from October. But is it enough? Commentator Charlie Woolf says its "robbing Peter to pay Paul", and 'shoddy economics'. He joined Chris this morning and we got the views of Patrick Mullholland from the union NIPSA.
