Inside My Blue World - Congress Acts on H.R. 2

On March 26, 2015, the United States House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a bipartisan legislative proposal (H.R. 2, the 'Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015') that included a two-year renewal of the Special Diabetes Program (SDP), which funds important research through the National Institutes of Health (NIH). With this two-year renewal, SDP-funded researchers all across the country will be able to continue promising clinical trials that are leading to better treatments, therapies and, what many of us are counting on, a cure for type one diabetes.
