The 8th of May 1945 was when Winston Churchill announced the end of WW2 in Europe. It was declared, Victory in Europe Day. Next month marks 70 years since the end of the war, and BBC Radio Leeds wants to hear YOUR memories of VE Day. Nick Ahad was joined by Joan Scoot who was a Wren during the war. She shared her memories with us.
