Hazelton working on new ice rink after old arena permanently closes.

Last month, Hazelton's only sports centre had to be evacuated because of serious concerns with the building's foundation. The arena won't be opening again, but a plan to replace it is already well underway. Local doctor, Peter Newbery, is leading the charge and he speaks with Daybreak host, Carolina DeRyk.
