University cuts - time to increase tuition fees? #BBCNolan

Queen's University is axing jobs and student places because of Stormont budget cuts. Up to 1,000 student places will be lost over three years as well as 236 staff jobs. Ulster University is also working out how cuts will affect them and say it is inevitable that student places will be lost there also. So is it time Stormont raised the cost of tuition fees in order to bring in more funding? Joel was joined by commentator Jeffrey Peel and student and commentator Sarah Wright
