But just how far should we go to try and beat our fat problem? Well an outspoken weight loss expert has put forward a strict five-point plan he says will work wonders. Steve Miller's plans include - obesity wardens on the streets who can tell people they're fat, warning signs outside fast food joints, paying for two seats on planes and the cinema if you need them and getting fat celebrities to lose weight.
