On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled it is unconstitutional to open city council meetings with a prayer. We speak to Prince George councilor and chaplain Susan Scott and former Dawson Creek councilor Marilyn Bilak (who had prayer removed from Dawson Creek council meetings).
