Among the new cultural institutions blossoming in Mons due to the status of European Capital of Culture are the new concert hall the Arsonic, and the Mons Memorial Museum. On opening day Emilija Jovanoska spoke with Yves Vasseur Commissioner of Mons 2015 and Elio di Rupo, Minister of State and Mayor of Mons while Richard Harris spoke with Arsonic Musical Director Jean-Paul Dessy and Mons Memorial Museum Architect Pierre Hebbelinck.
