For 15 years, veterans of World War II have been sharing their stories with people gathered once a month at the Salt Lake City Library. On Monday night, that tradition came to a close. But not without fanfare. The man known as the Candy Bomber, Gail Halverson spoke to a packed auditorium. Dr. Rick Randle, who organized the event spoke with KSL's Marc Giauque about the 15-year long lecture series, and the band that often kicks the night off for those who arrive early.
