Police want to know why two sex offenders came to Utah

Convicted sex offenders Glen Feinman and Deanna Tampico were arrested after they were seen by an alert Wal-mart shopper in Springville. But, police say they want to know why the pair decided to come to Utah after cutting off their ankle monitors in Washington state.
