New water restrictions in place for much of northern Utah due to drought

The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District has placed new restrictions on outdoor watering due to drought conditions. People in Davis, Weber, Box Elder, Summit and Morgan Counties will face limits on how often they can water their lawns each week.
