Proposed downtown condo just what aging Prince George population needs

A new six-storey condo has been proposed for downtown Prince George at 6th Avenue and Quebec Street, near the Civic Centre and Four Seasons Pool.
Marlene Morris is the co-director of the Community Development Institute at the UNBC University of Northern British Columbia. She recently completed a study of the city's housing stock and discovered that as the population ages, more people will be looking for smaller homes that are close to services, and so expects demand for downtown housing to increase.
