D-Day on Stormont welfare reform bill

It's decision day at Stormont. MLAs are due to vote on the welfare reform bill today. The DUP says the welfare reform legislation has to be passed, to avoid a massive budget black hole crisis. But Sinn Fein and the SDLP have vowed to block it.
