Heartbreak after a boating accident on Bear Lake, killing four

Doctor Lance Capener, along with his daughters Kelsey and Kiley, were three of the four people who died after their boat capsized. Their friend, 13 year old Siera Hadley, was also killed. People who knew them say the girls were the kind of people they hoped their daughters would look up to.
