Rainham’s Wayne Deller will call upon around 50 years of experience of grassroots football after being elected as the new Chairman of the Essex County Football Association, replacing Alec Berry following an Annual General Meeting which took place at Essex Record Office in Chelmsford on Thursday 4th June.
