Paris' most fabulous and famous public luxury fashion charity sale is coming the first weekend of June. Get the lo-down from advertising agency BETC who run the whole creative show. We ask what's behind the glam and glitz and take a poke around the idea of doing good for nothing. Looking briefly at the creative advertising process too.
