The White House has announced that President Obama is sending another 450 troops to Iraq, to "train, assist and advise" the Iraqi army and Sunni tribesmen. The move is the latest refinement of US strategy in Iraq, where ISIS fighters have made substantial gains. Simon reported the story for "Morning Report" on Radio New Zealand. #iraq #ISIS #Obama
