Utah Congressman Jasen Chaffetz calls for heads to roll over data breach

Interview: Representative Jasen Chaffetz says the computer equipment being used by the federal government is technology invented in the 70s. Chaffetz tells Doug Wright the U.S. has spent $200 billion in upgrades but has lacked the will to implement recommendations of the Inspector General. The information for more than 4 million federal workers was hacked. Chaffetz is calling for the Office of Personnel Management to step down.
