Utah bomb squads & SWAT train for explosive situations

Training for an active shooter scenario or a bomb threat situation is serious business but the Utah Bomb Task Force, along with squads from Idaho, and SWAT teams turned training exercises into a friendly competition in the hopes of responding to threats better.
