High-profile anti-abortion campaigner Bernie Smyth has won her appeal against being convicted of harassment. The case against the Precious Life director was thrown out of court in Belfast yesterday. A judge ruled there was insufficient evidence that she harassed former clinic director Dawn Purvis.
