Parents logging on to their phones before talking to their kids, Are we addicted to our phones?

Are you addicted to your phone? I'm an absolute nightmare. I must spend half my day on it, checking texts and Twitter and all the rest. Well a new study says the average adult checks their smartphone 240 times a day - that's the equivalent to FOUR HOURS of time. It also says half of parents surveyed log on to social media before talking to their kids.
