Booster Blast - Dave Russell & Wilpawa

Here's London's Godfather of acoustic punk Dave Russell Poet Bluesman Songwriter Folk singer and author of science fiuction and romantic novels performing one of his mind blowing psychological social commentary poems with the help of remixing and amazing electro musical collage by the Cornish Maestro of electronica William Beatty aka Wilpawa. Dave Russell a retired English Teacher was born in Wolverhampton in the English midlands in 1947 the son of an itinerant factory inspector. Dave grew up in Middlesborough in the North East of England where his slight accent originates.He has lived in London since the early 1960's and has performed his poetry and songs starting as he says with country blues very much in vogue during the rediscovery of this musical genre during his formative years all over London. Now inn his 70's Dave still gets out there and performs regularly to live audiences.He klives for the excitement of witnessing a live audiences reaction to his unique never to be copied performances of his own original material and covers.In recent years he has become known as a talented writer of romantic erotica.
