MLAs face a major clampdown on rules around their offices and expenses. Among the proposals is a ban on displaying any flags, party emblems or memorials at their offices. The Independent financial review panel is also proposing that members expenses should be docked if they don't register their attendance at parliament buildings for at least 99 days a year and recommends a ban on home to office mileage. #BBCNolan
