Judge rules in favour of BC Hydro in first of several Site C court cases

The BC Supreme Court has ruled in favour of BC Hydro in a court case filed by the Peace Valley Landowner Association aimed at stopping the controversial Site C dam project. But with construction set to begin any day now, PVLA president Ken Boon remains optimistic the project can be stopped. He spoke with Russell Bowers.
