In her leadership role Joanna built the Advertising Operations team and scaled the team and systems while preparing them for a successful IPO from $100M annual revenues to over $700M annually in less than 3 years. Joanna has worked with both start-ups and established organizations within the technology, online media, restaurant and retail sectors. Successfully leveraging early successes in sales and management, Joanna has become a nationally recognized expert in advertising operations.
