The Social Network Show welcomes David Hosei to the July 21, 2014 episode.

David Hosei, CEO and Co-founder of efamily.com, a social network designed for you and your family with no data mining, no selling of data, and no advertising. Hear David tell us the story about why he and his wife started eFamily and their mission to connect families, but to keep it private. Listen to the show to hear how your privacy is protected and security is of the utmost importance; why you should join this network over other social networks; how a $5/month subscription gets you a lot of services; what their members say about them; and how to get their app.

David Hosei is the co-founder and CEO of efamily.com. He and his wife came up with the idea for the business back on their honeymoon in 2005 when they realized there was no great way to share the trip with just their family members. e-family.com has over 30,000 registered families with private family websites. David was the co-founder of 3GUPLOAD.COM back in the early 2000s, which had $8 million in annual revenue and 40 employees when it was sold to Vantage Point Venture Partners.
