Johnson & Johnson Pioneers of Women and Children's Empowerment Worldwide
The Social Network Show welcomes Sharon D'Agostino from Johnson & Johnson to the April 4, 2014 episode.
When you hear the name Johnson & Johnson, do you think of baby powder and bandages? Well, you are not wrong but there is so much more to what this company provides to the world. Johnson and Johnson, a company that makes baby, skin and wound care products, medical devices/diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, has a credo of corporate social responsibility that guides every corporate decision. Sharon D'Agostino, the Vice President of Corporate Citizenship joins us to talk about the company's commitment to improving the health and lives of women and children worldwide.
Sharon shares a little of the history of this 127 year old company and how they started helping humanity after the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. Listen to the show to hear about the global programs they are involved with: Global Moms Relay; Donate a Photo; Mothers2Mothers and Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action (MAMA).
Sharon D'Agostino is the Vice President of Corporate Citizenship at Johnson & Johnson.
