Stormont stalemate - Will the letter from London push us any closer to a deal?

The Stormont stalemate turmoil continues!

DUP leader and our First Minister - Peter Robinson, has revealed The Treasury has expressed "formal concern" over the stalemate at Stormont and are ready to take over the Executive's finances.

Stormont has currently agreed a spending plan that has a £600 million black hole - mainly due to their failure to implement last year's Stormont House Agreement. But if Westminster was to take control - what would that mean for us here on the ground?
