Should strike action be illegal below a 50 per cent turn out?

MP's will discuss a new bill today which if passed will make it harder for workers to strike. It would make it illegal to hold strike action unless there is at least a 50 per cent turnout and 40 per cent or more of those people eligible to vote must back the strike before it can be called. #BBCNolan
