EXCLUSIVE: Ex Police Scotland Worker 'Not Surprised' At M9 Crash Failings

A former police worker has exclusively told us they're not surprised by the failings linked to the M9 crash that led to John Yuill and Lamara Bell's deaths.

The couple's car was reported off the road three days before officers took action - because the call's information was never entered in to the system.

Today, it's emerged there was a 10 per cent absence rate at the call centre a month before the accident.

This civilian, who wants to stay anonymous, worked at Stratchlyde Police and the single force.
