The House of Commons has backed a new wave of welfare cuts. The changes include lowering the benefit cap to £20,000 outside London. What does that mean? It means households won't be able to claim more than £20,000 a year in benefits. Is that fair? And what about N Ireland? Stormont still can't agree on the previous wave of welfare reforms. It can't agree for example on whether the benefit cap here should be £26,000 a year.
