West Midlands Police speak about a serious case review into the death of Khaleel Hussain

Senior Investigating Officer Jim Foy from West Midlands Police has told us a serious case review is starting into the death of Coventry toddler Khaleel Hussain to see whether anything more could have been done to help save the boy's life. The 2 year old's mother Samina Kauser was jailed for three years for allowing her boyfriend to shake the toddler violently which led to his death at Birmingham's Children's Hospital in October in 2013. Keith Brown got life in prison on Tuesday the 21st of July 2015.
