Human Rights Watch calls for arms embargo on South Sudan's warring parties

A new report released by Human Rights watch details dozens of murders, rapes and human rights atrocities committed by Government forces during fighting in Unity State earlier this year.
Citing testimonies gathered in more than 170 interviews with survivors and witnesses, the report, 'They Burned It All' says government troops and militia carried out about 60 unlawful killings of civilians during operations in Unity state against rebel forces between April and June this year.
The report states that Victims, including children and the elderly, were hanged, shot or burned alive.
