SPACE summer scheme relaunched in Staffordshire

In the 1980s and 90s, thousands of young people enjoyed a host of activities over the summer holidays as part of a Staffordshire Police scheme called SPACE. Its back in 2015 with £140,000 of funding. I spoke to Staffordshire Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Ellis.
