Interruptions in construction cause big delays for morning drivers on I-15

Not only did people see big delays on northbound I-15 by the Point of the Mountain, but there were also problems for people riding Frontrunner trains through Draper. But, officials with UDOT and UTA don't expect the problems to be so bad on Thursday.
