Sugarhouse bicycle shop owner offers reward after theft

The owner of The Bicycle Center is offering a thousand dollars to anyone with information leading to the arrest of two men who stole high-end bikes worth 50 thousand dollars, total. He says the thieves knew exactly what they were going for.
