Stores have mystery shoppers to make sure that employees are behaving in accordance. It’s a shame there is no way to do this with law inforcement, and attorneys. They need to be held accountable every step of the way. Not just here or there, or after someone gets screwed and a new law gets made...someday...in some places. It should all be monitored somehow.

The right to a speedy trial should not take precedence over thoroughness. I would never want a fast tracked trial If it meant that the facts go out the window. There are too many holes in our justice system, and I think a lot of this is a confirmation bias. It’s like tunnel vision. They get their sites on people, and they just conform everything else. They shouldn’t be allowed to lie about the evidence they have. The only reason to do this is to rush a job. This is how false confessions are born. I can’t even explain how stabby wrong convictions make me.

Great work Rabia, Susan and Colin. It is also wonderful to hear that after your current podcast wraps up that you are going to try and help others that were wrongfully convicted. It will take unending perseverance on all of your behalf to hold the system accountable.
