August 13 | Richard Moore, Lionel Birnie and Daniel Friebe return with The Telegraph Cycling Podcast after taking a couple of weeks' break following the Tour de France.

However, there was no such pause for professional cycling because top-level racing has continued all over the world since the end of the Tour.

In this episode, we recap the post-Tour races from San Sebastian where Adam Yates clinched the biggest win of his career so far and Greg Van Avermaet was brought to grief by a race motorcycle, to the Tour of Utah where Joe Dombrowski confirmed the talent he showed as an amateur.

We also discuss the latest transfer rumours, despite Lionel's reluctance, and dissect the matter of Tom Danielson's positive test for synthetic testosterone and ask what this means for the Cannondale-Garmin team.

The Telegraph Cycling Podcast is supported by British Eurosport.
