Join our 'jobs boot camp' young people or lose your benefits, warns Matthew Hancock. The Cabinet Office minister said the measure was part of the Government's goal of ending a "welfare culture" in some communities. The "Earn or Learn" implementation taskforce would take a "no excuses" approach, and target people aged 18-21, within the first 3 weeks of claiming out-of-work benefit.
