A truth recovery body for the troubles wont name those who carried out killings. Victims campaigners are angry after the Belfast Telegraph revealed the Independent Commission on Information Retrieval will not name and shame murderers. The Commission is set to be established as part of the latest political attempt to deal with the past. But some victims say if they aren't going to be told who murdered their loved ones then what is the point?
