Should there be a stop to all parades in Northern Ireland?

Stop all parades here for five years - that's what the columnist Jude Collins thinks should happen. He says it would help put an end to public disorder, sectarian clashes and general ill will.
Earlier this month nine police officers were hurt during trouble after an anti interment parade in Belfast.
