The largest earthquake ever caused by fracking may have been made in northeast B.C.

The BC Oil and Gas Commission now says a magnitude 4.4 quake that shook BC's northeast last year was triggered by hydraulic fracturing - and it could be the largest earthquake ever confirmed to have been caused by fracking. John Clauge is a professor in Simon Fraser University's school of earth sciences and Canada Research Chair in Natural Hazards Research, and he explains what this means.
