KSL gets up close look at Dugway chlorine tests

It's a rare event to get inside the remote and secretive Dugway Proving Ground, even more rare to look at a test site. But today, KSL got a chance to do just that. It's a site that will test large scale releases of Chlorine gas, and Homeland Security hope it makes for better preparation and Response. KSL Newsradio's Marc Giauque has more.
