Circus, other attractions new at Utah State Fair this year

The Utah State Fair begins Thursday September 10, and while some are worried about the future of the lease, others are not. The director is pointing to new attractions like the circus to keep interest high. By the way, tickets to the circus are free with gate admission, but are limited and will be passed out two hours before each showtime starting Monday.
