A murder case that slipped through the cracks in Salt Lake County

Investigators have closed a case from 1981 that went cold. Salt Lake County Sheriff Jim Winder says he's pleased about this, but he admits the case was severely mishandled, and his department is apologizing to the victim's family. Here's an extended portion of his press conference.
