Members of Belfast City Council have agreed to introduce a £3,000 Real Nappy pilot scheme for one year. The 'Real Nappy Voucher Scheme' proposal initially came from Councillor Ross Brown. So what do you think? Should parents be rinsing our dirty nappies to use again? Kinder to the environment instead of using disposable which end up in landfill? Or is this a waste of YOUR money be the council? Stephen spoke to Councillor Brown and commentator and mum Tina Calder. Stephen asked Ross what he thought about the idea of 'real nappies'
