Reality television personality Kim Richards has pleaded no contest to resisting arrest in a case filed after she was kicked out of a posh Beverly Hills restaurant in April. During a hearing Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey sentenced Richards to three years of probation, 30 days of community labor and 52 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous sessions. Richards, a former cast member of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," did not attend the hearing but entered the plea through an attorney. The 50-year-old was charged with resisting arrest, battery on a peace officer and public intoxication after she was removed from The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The public intoxication and battery charges were dropped Monday.
