There's been a new development in the story of an RCMP shooting in Dawson Creek. In an interview with the Globe & Mail, 66-year-old Terry Hadland says he caused the disturbance and left the meeting shortly before police arrived. His cousin, former Peace River Regional District director Arthur Hadland had this to say.
